Making Advanced Robotics Clear, Human and Engaging
Turning Complex Technology into a Story People Can See
Robotics is built on layers of complex engineering—from mechanical systems and industrial design to software, sensors and artificial intelligence.
But when introducing a new robotic product to a wider audience, technical capability alone is not enough. The technology also needs a story: one that helps people understand what the product is, how it is developed and the possibilities it can create.
For VinDynamics, NewNow produced a product TVC that translated advanced robotic technology into a clear and engaging visual narrative for brand and product communication.
Beyond the Machine
A robot is often presented as a finished technological object. Yet behind every movement is a much larger process of research, design, engineering, testing and collaboration.
The film was developed to reveal both sides of that story.
Alongside the robotic product itself, the visual narrative introduces the people and environments behind its development—from engineers working through technical challenges to teams reviewing designs, testing components and refining the product together.
By placing human expertise at the centre of the story, the film presents robotics not as technology operating in isolation, but as the result of collective ambition, precision and problem-solving.
Building a Credible World Around the Product
The visual direction needed to feel advanced without becoming abstract or disconnected from reality.
NewNow created a series of environments that reflected different stages of the product’s development, including engineering workspaces, research settings, collaborative meetings and technical laboratories.
Each setting was designed to give the technology context while maintaining a cohesive cinematic language throughout the film.
Wide scenes established the scale of VinDynamics’ vision, while closer details highlighted the precision involved in designing, assembling and testing robotic systems.
The result was a world that felt innovative, credible and grounded in real human effort.
Making Technology Accessible Without Simplifying It
One of the central challenges in technology communication is finding the balance between sophistication and clarity.
Too much technical information can make a product difficult to understand. Too little can make the innovation feel generic.
The VinDynamics TVC approached this balance through visual storytelling rather than lengthy explanation. Product details, engineering processes and human interactions were brought together to help audiences understand the nature of the technology intuitively.
Instead of attempting to explain every technical feature, the film focused on the larger narrative behind the product: a multidisciplinary team working together to bring an ambitious robotic vision to life.
A Visual Asset for Brand and Product Communication
The finished TVC was created as more than a product showcase.
It gave VinDynamics a visual asset that could communicate its technology, people and ambition across brand presentations, product introductions and digital communications.
For NewNow, the project reflects an important principle in creative production for technology brands:
The more complex the innovation, the clearer and more human its story needs to become.
Beyond the Summit
The visual assets produced for Halong Sapphire Summit 2026 continued to support FPT Software’s post-event communications across multiple platforms and formats, including:
1 full event recap video
10+ keynote and speaker videos and full event recap video
5+ thought-leadership posts on LinkedIn
2 official newsroom articles
Content distributed across 5 communication channels
By planning event coverage with long-term communication needs in mind, a three-day summit became an ongoing source of brand content, extending the lifecycle and value of the event well beyond Ha Long.
